Albuquerque Moving & Storage Company INC

***From a Truckers Point of View*** I've delivered here about three (3) times. My time has always been 0900 and I've always been gone before or right at ten (10) so from the time I back to the dock and get my paperwork had always been under an hour. (Full trailer and 3/4 trailer) There's really nott...

Excellent service. Qualified in every respect. Jose was an amazing young man, one who anyone would be proud of. We were extremely satisfied with our move with this company. We would definitely recommend to friends, neighbors, and family. Top notch job!

Amazing service! I was looking to move locally, and had selected Albuquerque Moving & Storage, out of a recommendation. My movers, David and Angel, showed up as scheduled and on time. They were very careful with my belongings and managed everything in a timely fashion and were very friendly. I will...

I called asking for a move the for next week and was told that, "I'd be searching the yellow pages for movers for a move this quick". And guess what? I had about 3 movers lined up. Maybe try working harder to meet your customers demands and you wouldn't have such bad reviews. Put that in your "yello...

This was a most difficult time to be in the midst of a move but they made it as painless as possible. From Kurt's visit to give us the in home quote, to Jeannie the dispatcher, the trio that came to pack up all our belongings and James and Brandon that loaded and unloaded the truck everyone was wond...

This could not have been an easier move for me as moves go. The movers arrived on-time, worked efficiently and professionally, and were friendly and courteous. They delivered my furniture and belongings on time 3 days later as promised. Everything was in perfect condition. I have used Allied several...

I was very impressed with my experience with this company. Mr.. Van Sant coordinated the move. He was professional and very helpful during the entire process. The crew was great. Mike (team leader), Anthony, Emilio and his son, Isaiah arrived on time as promised. They wore masks despite the ver...

I had Albuquerque Moving and Storage Co deliver a stove to my house. The workers were very professional. The drivers were very safe driving through our street. My wife and I were very pleased with the service.

Worst move ever! Our move from Albuquerque to Santa Fe was supposed to take 2 days. On the second day, they were scheduled to pack the truck and drive up to Santa Fe. They did not arrive in Santa Fe till 4PM. At 7PM, when I arrived at the house, a third of truck had still not been unloaded. There we...

I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot. HD failed on the original delivery date, and on the second attempt, the two young men from AMS indicated the drain hose included with the purchase was 6', when my install required a 9' hose and we would need to reschedule. Facing a third day wasted and now w...

We purchased a refrigerator from The Home Depot. They use Albuquerque Moving & Storage to make their deliveries. The two young men called the morning of the delivery to advise us of the time that they'd be arriving. They were both professional and knowledgeable on how to dismantle and reassemble the...

They did a fantastic job for me on an interstate move from CA to Taos NM. Received my shipment from CA and delivered it to my new apartment within promised delivery window. Two delivery men were great, very helpful, cheerful, did a great job bringing all my stuff up a flight of stairs, unpacking and...

Great costumer service! Albuquerque Moving and storage delivered my stove and set it up. Very respectful employees and awesome service. I would highly recommend Albuquerque Moving and Storage to anyone.

Vincent and Zeke came from ABQ Moving and Storage to install our dryer purchased from Home Depot. From the moment they called to let us know they were "approximately 30 minutes out" until they left after the install, we felt they were the most professional, responsive team we could have asked for.The...

Albuquerque Moving and Storage delivered my washer and dryer for Home Depot. I was really under a time crunch. They were extremely inflexible with the scheduling. I am likely moving soon and am looking for a moving company. They missed out due to their poor customer service. The guys who did the wor...

Service could not have been better! Used ABQ Moving & Storage/Allied Van Lives to move my brother's furniture from New Mexico to New Jersey. He's going into independent living apartment and would not be able to help with the unboxing of anything. The two drivers (a husband and wife team - Asmeed a...

This is the best! They moved me to Texas without so much as a scratch. Everything was packed perfectly and James and Brandon were professional and friendly. The price was right and I would do it again in a minute! Thanks James and Brandon.

Generally satisfied, but it's hard to tell who deserves the credit.... Albuquerque Moving & Storage seems to work with both Allied and North American moving companies, which dole out the work to the actual crews. In our case: Ward Moving & Storage out of Phoenix did the actual moving under the North...

We moved with Albuquerque Moving and Storage through Allied Van Lines. Dan Gillette could not have been nicer to us and more honest in answering my questions. (We have about 7 movers come to review our needs for this move so Allied was not the first mover we dealt with). The driver called the day be...

Wow...I didn't expect to be writing a 5 star review for a moving company. After reading horror story after horror story, I was fully prepared to have the movers show up weeks late, break all of my stuff and then unload some of my broken items a few weeks late(r). This was NOT the case with Albuquerq...

We had a great experience with Albuquerque Moving & Storage / Allied Van Lines. The packers did a great job and all of our items arrived at their destination in good condition. Each employee we had contact with was courteous and friendly. Our items were delivered on time and with no damage.
